Group Leader - Plant

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Associate degree (Diploma 3) preferably in Heavy Equipment Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Group Leader / Plant Foreman in coal mining service contractor.
  • Having a BMC certificate.
  • Experienced in supervising plant maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive).
  • Familiar with handling heavy equipment units such as HDT/OHT, Excavator, Dump Truck R10/12, Bulldozer, Grader.
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan / Central Kalimantan area.

Group Leader - Production

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Associate degree (Diploma 3) preferably in Mining Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor in coal mining service contractor. Fresh graduates with Associate degree (Diploma 3) in Mining Engineering are welcome to apply.
  • Understand the business process of coal mining services (overburden removal, coal getting, coal transport).
  • Having a POP certificate is an added value.
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan / Central Kalimantan area.

Group Leader - SHE

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Associate degree preferably in Mining Engineering / Occupational Safety.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in safety (Fresh graduates with Associate degree in Mining / Occupational Safety are welcome to apply).
  • Understand the principles of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRADC / JSA)
  • Having an AK3U certificate is an added value.
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan / Central Kalimantan area.
